This collection consists of seven colored rollerballs that were specifically created to help balance your chakras or the energy points of your body. Each rollerball consists of three different oils.
Root: Chakra of stability, security, and our basic needs
- Oils: Cypress, Frankincense, Cinnamon
How to use: chakra located at the base of the spine, tailbone area; roll on bottom of feet, lower back or abdomen
Sacral: Chakra of passion, sexuality, intimacy, money, creativity, and joy
- Oils: Balance, Cedarwood, Wild Orange
How to use: chakra located just below belly button; roll on lower abdomen under belly button
Solar Plexus: Chakra of personality, ego, and identity, as well as personal freedom, choice, and authenticity
- Oils: Lemongrass, Grapefruit, Cinnamon
How to use: chakra located in upper abdomen, stomach; roll on upper stomach or mid to lower back
Heart: Chakra of compassion, affection, and love
- Oils: Balance, Lavender, Lemon
How to use: chakra located at center of chest; roll on center of chest and collar bone
Throat: Chakra of communication and your ability to understand and speak your inner truth
- Oils: Frankincense, Cedarwood, Lavender
How to use: chakra located at the throat; roll on neck and shoulders
Third Eye: Chakra of intuition and spaces of higher consciousness
- Oils: Eucalyptus, Tea tree, Peppermint
How to use: chakra located between the eyes on the forehead; roll between eyebrows or below eyes (careful!)
Crown: Chakra of connection to spirit, universal consciousness, enlightenment, wisdom, unity and self-knowledge
- Oils: Frankincense, Lemon, Cedarwood
How to use: chakra located at the very top of head; roll close to top of head, on the hairline
